We fix gates. That’s the job. When we leave your property, the gate should open, close, and hold like it’s supposed to. If it doesn’t, that’s our problem, not yours. Every repair we do in Miami comes with the 365-Day Done Right Promise in writing. If the repair fails within a year, we come back and make it right at no charge. No fine print, no argument, no invoice for the second visit. The written price you approve before we start is the price you pay. Period. That’s what a guarantee means to us, and Cole Rafferty has run this business on that promise since 2008.
What’s Covered
- Workmanship for 365 days. If a repair we performed fails within one year of the service date, the return visit and the labor to correct it are free.
- Written price before any work starts. You’ll see the full cost on paper, approve it, and that’s the number on your invoice. No surprise line items at the end.
- Parts we install. We only install parts appropriate for your gate system, and we stand behind the parts we provide. If a part we supplied fails during the guarantee period, we handle the replacement.
- Cleanup. We leave your gate area the way we found it, minus the broken parts. Scrap metal, old springs, packaging, and debris go with us.
- On-time arrival with identification. You get the technician’s name and photo before they arrive, and they show a photo ID badge at your door before stepping onto your property. Every time.
- Honest recommendations. If a repair isn’t worth doing or a replacement makes more sense, we’ll tell you that plainly before you spend a dollar.

Our Satisfaction Promise
If something about the repair doesn’t feel right, call us. A live person answers, day or night. We’ll ask what’s going on with your gate, listen to what you’re seeing and hearing, and get a technician back to your Miami property. The 365-Day Done Right Promise isn’t a marketing line. It’s a written commitment on every job we do. Here’s how it works:
- You notice the gate isn’t working the way it was when we finished.
- You call (850) 495-7564. A real person picks up, 24/7, 365 days a year.
- We schedule a return visit at a time that works for you.
- We diagnose the issue. If it’s related to the original repair, the visit and the labor are free. If it’s a new, separate issue, we quote a written price before touching anything.
We’d rather get it right the first time, but if we don’t, we’d rather hear about it the day you notice it than find out six months later you’ve been fighting a gate that’s hanging crooked. Gates wear out. Repairs occasionally need follow-up. That’s reality in South Florida, where salt air and humidity work on gate hardware year-round. We plan for it, and our guarantee is built around it.
Licensed & Insured Backing
Any company can print a guarantee on a website. The question is whether they’re still going to be around to honor it. We’re licensed and insured, and we carry the credentials a professional gate repair company should carry before working on your property. Insurance isn’t just paperwork. It’s the backstop that protects your home and our team if something goes sideways during a job. Licensing means we’re accountable to the state and to our customers, not just to ourselves. When you hire Warden Gate Repair Miami, you’re hiring a company that’s been in business here since 2008 and remains an independently owned and operated location within the Threshold Group family. We carry the Threshold Standard on every visit: background-checked, identity-verified, photo-badged technicians who arrive with their name and face in your hands before they ring the bell. That’s the real guarantee behind the paperwork.

AfterWhat the 365-Day Done Right Promise Does Not Cover
We’re straightforward about this because it keeps expectations honest.
- New damage after the repair. If a car clips your gate or a storm bends a track, that’s a new issue. We’ll fix it, but it’s not a warranty revisit.
- Wear on unrelated components. If we repair your gate motor and a hinge that was already worn out finally gives up six months later, that hinge was not part of the original repair.
- Misuse or unauthorized modification. If someone else works on the gate after we leave, or the gate is forced open repeatedly, our guarantee can’t cover what we didn’t touch.
- Parts with their own manufacturer coverage. Some parts carry a manufacturer’s warranty that runs separately from our workmanship guarantee. We’ll tell you which parts those are and how their coverage works.
What we won’t do is try to wiggle out of a legitimate claim. If the repair we performed is the reason your gate isn’t working, we own it and we fix it. That’s the deal.
Why We Put It in Writing
Most gate repair horror stories in Miami start the same way: someone shows up without identification, quotes a price by ear, does the work, and hands over an invoice that looks nothing like the estimate. Then the gate stops working two weeks later and the phone number goes dead. We built Warden Gate Repair Miami to be the opposite of that experience. A warden is trusted to watch over a place and keep it secure. That’s the whole idea behind a gate, and it’s the idea we carry into every service call. Cole Rafferty has been doing this since 2008, and we’ve never stopped putting the guarantee in writing because writing it down removes the argument before there is one.
How to Use the Guarantee
Keep the written guarantee you receive with your invoice. If something goes wrong, call (850) 495-7564 and tell us the date of your original service, the address, and what the gate is doing now. We’ll pull your job record, and a live person will get you scheduled. That’s the whole process. No claim forms, no waiting on hold through a phone tree, no chatbot. A person picks up, and we handle it from there. If the repair truly failed, we don’t charge you for the return trip. It’s that simple, and it’s been that simple since the day we opened.
Frequently Asked Questions
The 365-Day Done Right Promise covers our workmanship for a full year from the service date. If the repair fails during that window, the return visit and labor to correct it are free. Some parts also carry their own manufacturer coverage, which we’ll explain at the time of service.
Call (850) 495-7564 and tell us the original service date, your address, and what the gate is doing now. We’ll pull your record and schedule a return visit. No forms, no phone tree, no automated system. A live person answers, day or night. Call us if anything seems off with your gate repair in Miami.
If the issue is related to the original repair, yes. You pay nothing for the return visit or the labor to correct a failed repair. If we find a new, separate problem, we’ll write you a quote and get your approval before any work starts. Call (850) 495-7564 and we’ll sort it out.
We stand behind the parts we install. If a part we supplied fails during the guarantee period, we handle the replacement. Some parts also carry a manufacturer’s warranty that runs separately, and we’ll explain exactly how that coverage works before you make a decision.
Yes. That’s the Threshold Standard, enforced on every visit. You’ll receive the technician’s name and photo before they arrive, and they’ll show a photo ID badge at your door before stepping onto your property. Every technician is background-checked and identity-verified before they ever set foot on a job.
